Participants attended this online course to discover ways to improve services and pathways for patients. Future plans were explored with like-minded colleagues and answers to common questions were discovered.

This MUO/CUP focused course armed attendees with the tools to deliver an effective service and provided the opportunity to:
- Build networks: access to MUO/CUP professionals and thought leaders to build a community of peers for support, advice and guidance
- Learn: developing understanding by examining and overcoming key issues that underpin evolving CUP teams
- Look at service development: innovative approaches for enhancing pathways and improving patient experience
