Vast experience, valuable updates and vibrant networking

Running since 2016, this year’s online course connected professionals from MUO/CUP services across the country.

With thanks to our conference supporters:

Educational forum packed with relevant, resourceful case study presentations

Participants attended this online course to discover ways to improve services and pathways for patients. Future plans were explored with like-minded colleagues and answers to common questions were discovered.

Key learning outcomes:

  • Managing inappropriate referrals: establish criteria, implement screening and educate colleagues
  • Improving collaboration with primary care: build rapport, gain buy-in and establish referral routes
  • Joining forces with RDC: how to achieve effective integration and pathways
  • Evolving the CUP CNS role: benchmark responsibilities and collaboration with AOS
  • Establishing WGS pathways: service implications, patient experience and common challenges navigated
  • Streamlining your MUO/CUP pathways: improve communication, overcome barriers and measure the impact

Dedicated training

This MUO/CUP focused course armed attendees with the tools to deliver an effective service and provided the opportunity to:

  • Build networks: access to MUO/CUP professionals and thought leaders to build a community of peers for support, advice and guidance
  • Learn: developing understanding by examining and overcoming key issues that underpin evolving CUP teams
  • Look at service development: innovative approaches for enhancing pathways and improving patient experience

With thanks to our conference supporters:
