In order to make this conference as accessible as possible, we are now offering attendance to the NHS and Public sector for free. However, for this to be sustainable, we ask that you do NOT book a place if you are unable to make it on the day. For every person that books a place and fails to attend without notice, a charge is incurred. If you book a place and find yourself unable to attend, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible but a minimum of 5 working days. This event is free to attend. However, we do expect it to be popular and there are limited places. Although your place is free of charge failure to attend without written cancellation with at least 5 working days’ notice will result in a £100 charge. We will endeavor to keep you abreast of such changes but any unavoidable change to the format will not constitute a reason to refund the fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavor to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of the conference organiser, the event is cancelled, a full refund will be made.
