Uncovering how to improve your capacity in-line with growing pressures and stretched resources 

This interactive workshop was designed for SACT professionals, to enable the participants to step back and reassess your service, enabling the attendees to create a viable plan for improved capacity management. With the demand for SACT growing and pressures increasing on teams, now is the perfect time to take a day out and arm yourself with the tools to increase efficiency in your unit.
